The Petitioner seeks bail in Rajepur P.S. Case No. 136 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 364(A), 120B of the Indian Penal Code. As per written report, the son of the informant was kidnapped by 4-5 unknown persons. The informant has further alleged that Raj Mangal Sah told that Manoj Kushwaha along with Vicky Kumar, Amarnath Thakur etc were at the shop of the country made liquor. Manoj Kushwaha and Vicky Kumar told not to go there as some occurrence is taking place. It has been submitted that other co-accused Manoj Kushwaha has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8820 of 2017 (3) dt.11-04-2017 2/2 Misc. No. 8719 of 2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Motihari in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 136 of 2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) Shageer/- U T
