The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 29.08.2017, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7445 of 2013 by which the writ petition was disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 19.03.2013 contained in Memo No. 120 dated 19.03.2013, passed in Complaint Case No. 10/2013 by the Member, District Teachers' Employment Appellate Authority, Darbhanga, within a period of thirty days from the date of order i.e., 29.08.2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some unavoidable reasons, he could not prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority. Hence, he prays for further thirty days time to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority.

Considering the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the petitioner is granted further thirty days time to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority from today.
