2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Guthni P.S. Case No. 100/2025, registered for offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 118, 109, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., on 31.03.2025 at about 11:30 AM, the informant told petitioner to remove the tractor, which petitioner had parked in front of informant's house, whereupon, this petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons started abusing and assaulting informant and his son with farsa, iron rod and spade as a result of which, both of them sustained injury. It is further alleged that the injury, sustained by informant on his nose, has been found to be grievous in nature.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to petty dispute, a simple Maarpeet took place between the parties. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Case and counter case.
