In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 232 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 354, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other family members plucking the cauliflower from the field of the informant. On being protested by the informant, the petitioner assaulted the informant, causing injuries to him. The injuries are on the hand and finger, which are simple in nature. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is land dispute between both the sides for which there is case and

It has further been submitted that the other accused persons have already been granted bail by the police itself. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below, within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.
