2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 04 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 356, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, Rs. 98,600/- and one mobile phone was looted by unknown criminals.

4. The name of the petitioner has transpired in this case in the confessional statement of one co-accused Ravindra Kumar.

5. The petitioner is in jail since 28.03.2022.

6. Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59346 of 2024(2) dt.28-08-2024 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Khagaria / concerned Court below in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 04 of 2021.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Gwalpara Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

9. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
