The present application has been filed for quashing the First Information Report of Araria P.S. Case No. 65 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that the investigation has already concluded, final report (Charge sheet) has been submitted and process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken vide order dated 22.03.2017 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria.
