Petitioner is in custody since 01.01.2017 in connection with Chausa (Fulaut O.P.) P.S. Case No. 238 of 2016 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 Arms of the Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in custody for the last four months. Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st
