The petitioners being the parents and brother of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is of killing the sister of the informant and minor child for non fulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the victim Sangeeta Devi jumped into the running train along with her daughter and both of them died on the spot. The petitioners claim to be separate from the husband of the victim. The informant has retracted from the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.528 of 2016 (2) dt.08-01-2016 initial version and filed a petition to that effect before learned court below. The same has been brought on record as Annexure-2.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri Shashi Bhushan Kumar, J.M, Ist Class, Madhubani in connection with Rajnagar P.S.
