JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2024 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to make necessary correction in the name of respondent no.5. Permission so sought is granted.

2. Needful be done during the course of the day.

The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1(i) That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ including writ of co- warranto or any other direction or order to put the private respondent under suspension under the provision contained in Section 69 of the Bihar University Act, 1976. It be further directed

4. After some arguments, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

5. The writ petition stands disposed off.
