Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner tried to ravish the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that even assuming the offence no case under Section 376/511 is made out. Petitioner is a disable person. Moreover, the accusation has been levelled, since the petitioner made protest for as the informant's side animal destroyed the crop of the petitioner.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56510 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No. 117 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Sub Judge-III, Muzaffarpur.

With the above observation this application is disposed of.
