ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 13-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 14.12.2012 by which the Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhepura, in Misc. (Enhancement) Case No. 02 of 2011/Misc. (Maintenance) Case No. 01 of 1986, enhanced the maintenance of Rs.3,000/-. It has been submitted that the Petitioner is not able to pay the said amount.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances, now, the Petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- per month instead of Rs.3,000/- per month and the entire arrears at the same rate within a period of two months on instalments to be fixed by the Court below.
