The issue with regard to grant of recognition of the institution in question was decided by the Director of Health, Government of Bihar as contained in Memo No. 703(6) dated 03.06.2019. The copy of the order of the Director of Health

Patna High Court CWJC No.15591 of 2019(2) dt.31-07-2019 2/2 Service was communicated to the Registrar, Aryabhatta Knowledge University but there is no follow of action by the Aryabhatta Knowledge University.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the requisite fee alongwith application in prescribed format has been submitted by the petitioner to the Aryabhatta Knowledge University.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Aryabhatta Knowledge University to take appropriate decision in the light of the Annexure-6 at the earliest preferably within a period of three week's from the date of receipt/ production of copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
