2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 74 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c), 21(c), 25 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

3. The petitioner along with two other co-accused persons were travelling on a motorcycle and there is recovery of 515 grams of smack/brown sugar from the bag of the coaccused person namely, Rupak Kumar Mehta.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 17.03.2025.

5. Considering the recovery of more than commercial

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60411 of 2025(2) dt.08-09-2025 2/2 quantity, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
