2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for Review of the Judgment/order dated 12.03.2021 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12059 of 2017 M/S Sona Gold Agrochem Private Limited Versus The State of Bihar and others under which the writ petition of the respondent herein-original writ petitioner was allowed in the light of the judgment

Patna High Court C. REV. No.158 of 2021(6) dt.24-04-2025 2/2 and order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12104 of 2018 and other analogous cases (M/S Sunny Stars Hotels Private Limited Versus The State of Bihar and others)."

3. The defect was pointed out on 08.8.2023. It was not removed and as such, on 18.08.2023, the learned Joint Registrar (Judicial) directed the State to remove the defects by 15.09.2023.

4. The State chose not to comply the order and as such, on 13.02.2025, a Coordinate Bench gave four weeks' time to remove the defects.

5. Neither the defects were removed nor the State chose to appear on 20.03.2025 and 03.04.2025 before the Coordinate Bench as per the order nos. 4 and 5.

6. Today also, on repeated call, there is no appearance.

7. The present petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution. (Rajiv Roy, J) Adnan/- U
