2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bikramganj Excise P.S. Case No. 34/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a)/62 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. There is recovery of 103 litres of spirit. The petitioners are in custody since 05.04.2024.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive

5. The petitioners are directed to mark their attendance in Bikramganj police station on 1st Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners.
