Petitioner is accused in connection with Siwan Mufassil P.S. Case No. 513 of 2016 registered under Section 498A of the I.P.C. and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learend counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed a divorce case. The wife of the petitioner used to go at her parental house without information of her husband and family members. Informant is a police office and in collusion with police he got instituted the present false case. It is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 18.01.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17416 of 2017 (2) dt.02-05-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan Mufassil P.S. Case No. 513 of 2016.
