The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 414 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, sections 25(1-B) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act. On information that the miscreants are collected at the door of Sri Narayan Prasad, raid was laid when six accused persons were apprehended with arms and ammunitions who disclosed the names of three persons namely Shankar Prasad, Chandrika Sah and the petitioner as persons who escaped from the scene.

No.183 of 2016 (2) dt.06-01-2016 2/2 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that admittedly there is no recovery from the petitioner and apart from one case registered under sections 397 and 411 IPC, the petitioner is not accused in any other case. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 42 of 2014 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Sadar, Motihari. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
