Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 260 of 2015 registered under Sections498A, 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner, who is Bhaisur of the deceased, is of torture, assault and attempt to murder due to non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is living separately and has no concern with the demand of dowry. In fact, the deceased died due to cardiac respiratory arrest as is evident from the Death Certificate issued by Anugrah Narain Magadh Medical College and Hospital,

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 260 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
