This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are parents of co-accused, Alamgeer. Allegation against Alamgeer is that he was pressurizing for physical relation with the sister of the informant and for that reason murder of the sister of the sister of the informant was committed.

Submission of the petitioners is that there is no eye witness of the occurrence nor there is any motive alleged against the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees
