Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one Radhe Shyam Lath purchased Plot No.242 of Khata No.211, area 8 katha 3 dhoor situated in village Purnahiya under Ghora Sahan Block in the district of East Champaran and he established a public charitable trust in the name of "Manav Seva Sadan" (Babu Lal Lath Smriti Sthal). The object of the Trust was to do public charitable work in the field of life i.e. Health, Education, Environment and Child Welfare. After death of

Patna High Court CWJC No.17771 of 2019(2) dt.30-08-2019 2/2 Radhe Shyam Lath, his daughter-in-law namely Manju Lath wife of Pawan Kumar Lath started her claim over the land in question and she started to sell the property in favour of unsocial elements.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that a direction be issued to the administrative officials to redress the grievance of the petitioner. On the face of it, it appears that the daughter-in-law of Radhe Shyam Lath claimed the land to be her own and this dispute of civil nature between the co-sharer and legal heirs of Radhe Shyam Lath cannot be resolved by the administrative officials.

In this view of the fact, I find no merit in this writ petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Harish/- U
