This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 30, 35 and 38 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

From the Bolero vehicle of this petitioner 785 pieces (pouches), containing 200 ml each of Jharkhand made liquor was recovered. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 14.01.2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Muffasil (Singhaul) P.S. Case No. 19 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, or successor Court.
