JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No.99 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is said to be an order giver. Although, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prosecution party was aggressor and as a matter of fact, prosecution party assaulted the family members of the petitioner but I am at all convinced with the aforesaid submission and, accordingly, her prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Kishanpur P.S.Case No. 99 of 2017, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul/incharge succession court stands rejected.
