The petitioners seek bail in Simari P.S. Case No. 180 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section (s) 25(1b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. It is alleged in the written report that on suspicion, Police intercepted one Motorcycle. On search one country made pistol has been recovered from the person who was driving the aforesaid Motorcycle. Petitioner was pillion rider. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 19.6.2019 having clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50193 of 2019(2) dt.17-08-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Buxar, in connection with Simari P.S. Case No. 180 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioners.
