ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 31-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 12.5.2011 passed by the Sessions Judge, Patna, in connection with Shastrinagar P.S. Case No. 303 of 2009 (Cr. Misc. No. 217 of 2010). Considering that Trial is almost at the fag end, I am not inclined to interfere in the order dated 12.5.2011 by which the Sessions Judge, Patna, in Cr. Misc. No. 217 of 2010 refused to cancel the bail granted to the Opposite Party No. 2.

The application stands dismissed.

The Court below is directed to conclude the Trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any Party. (Anjana Prakash, J) S.Ali/- U T
