Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No.303 of 2016, registered under Section 47(a) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016. Allegation is that 15 litres of illicit country made liquor was recovered from the petitioner's house. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is false and fabricated. There is no local witness of the seizure list and this petitioner has been in custody in this case since 29.08.2016. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Rohan Dahait is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
