2. The present petition has been preferred for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 45845 of 2025 to its original file which stood dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 04.07.2025 passed by this Court.

3. In view of the statement made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition, Cr. Misc. No. 61643 of 2025 is allowed subject to payment of Rs.500/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
