Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No. 317 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30(a), 35, 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case on the confessional statement of the co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period

No.9470 of 2018(2) dt.20-02-2018 2/2 of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II -cum- Special Judge, Goaplganj in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No. 317 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
