ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Barhat P.S. Case No.54 of 2015 (G.R. No.1388 of 2015) for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 307, 326 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Case diary in the present case was called for, which has since been received.
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State, it appears that there was a case and counter case between the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57794 of 2015 (3) dt.05-05-2016 2/2 parties and both parties have received injuries. It is further submitted that there is a history of land disputes and the petitioners have no criminal antecedents.
Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Barhat P.S. Case No.54 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
