Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 433 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is named in the self-inculpatory statement of Pankaj Kumar Sah who has participated in the crime.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. It is,

The court below is directed to consider the regular bail of the petitioner without being prejudiced by the fact that his anticipatory bail application has been dismissed by this Court.
