JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Nepali liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioners and others. Only prosecution report has been filed without proper investigation of the case. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
