The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Yogapatti P.S. Case No.21/17 registered under Sections 275, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 60 bottles each containing 300 ml.Nepali liquor in bag kept at the motorcycle of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.1.2017.
