1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 110 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is said to have killed the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence and has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. The petitioner is in custody since 09.04.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 57422 of 2024(3) dt.25-09-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and delay in trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st cum Special Judge, Kishanganj in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 110 of 2021 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court through himself or through his lawyer.
