1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ application is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding the concerned / respondents authorities to appoint the petitioner on the post of Supervisor Sanitation in Panchayat Raj Nikuspur Block Morwa, District - Samastipur in
Patna High Court CWJC No.12327 of 2023(2) dt.02-01-2024 2/2 place of Santosh Kumar Ray son of Motilal Ray, resident of Village Nikuspur, P.S. - Tajpur, District Samastipur (Respondent No. 10) who is illegally, arbitrary appointed by Mukhiya and Secretary of the said Panchayat whose mother is presently Deputy Sarapanch of the said Panchayat."
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
