This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Complaint Case No. 527 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 406, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Since this application arises out of a Complaint Case, I direct the petitioner to appear before the court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail if so advised. If he does so, his application shall be considered in terms of the decision of this Court in case of Salim Ansari @ Md. Salim Ansari & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Anr. reported in 2015(3) PLJR-806 and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29174 of 2016 (3) dt.20-08-2016 2/2 disposed of on the same day.
