JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2015 The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has paid tax to the Municipal Corporation, Gaya till March, 2013 as per order dated 16.08.2012, still the Corporation is demanding full assessed amount.

It goes without saying that the order passed in Objection Case No. 364 of 1997 would bind the Corporation and if it is aggrieved, it can take resort to remedy available under the law.

This application stands disposed of.
