The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 142 of 2016 registered under Section 467, 468, 471, 472, 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner had only put his signature on the sale deed as witness. Petitioner has been made accused in this case merely because he is brother of daughter-in-law of the informant. petitioner is not the executant of the sale deed. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
