ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 13-02-2025 In the counter-affidavit filed by the respondents, it is specifically stated that though the license of the petitioner was initially suspended subsequently, after the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, the suspension of the PDS license has been revoked and the petitioner has been allowed to run the PDS shop till the disposal of the case vide Memo No. 3010 dated 02.10.2024 by the District Agriculture Officer, Motihari.

2. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, in case any adverse orders are passed against him.
