JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-08-2016 A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent State of Bihar from which it appears that grievance of the petitioner for payment of post retrial dues against various heads has substantially been redressed.

Considering the said counter affidavit, the writ application stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned functionary/functionaries of the State if according to her, the payments which have been made are less than her actual entitlements.
