2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 259 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. As per allegation, 90 liters of country-made liquor was recovered from an e-Rickshaw in which the petitioner was travelling.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. Nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. He has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59130 of 2024(2) dt.27-08-2024 2/2 further that other co-accused persons have been granted regular bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 55943 of 2024. The petitioner is under custody since 08.07.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge-Ist, Nawada in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 259 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
