1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 127(1), 115(2), 109, 329(4), 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S.S.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and the informant alleges that accused persons entered her house and started abusing, further petitioner along with elder daughterin-law of Chandra Paswan assaulted informant's daughter by stone causing injury on head and Puja assaulted her daughter by stone on back and Chandra Paswan tried to strangulate her daughter.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58284 of 2025(2) dt.04-09-2025 2/2 informant. It is next submitted that informant and the petitioner are related and are having dispute relating to land. It is also submitted that though petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the daughter of the informant along with elder daughter-in-law of Chandra Paswan but then the injured suffered only one injury which has been opined to be simple.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the fact that petitioner is a woman, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Bannubagicha P.S. Case No.29/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) B.N.S.S.
