2. The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 11 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections420, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. According to allegation, four unknown persons after entering into ATM cabin, watched the transaction of the informant in the ATM. They swapped his ATM Card and illegally withdrew Rs. 94,669/- on 25-05-2024 and 92800 on 26-05-2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54293 of 2025(2) dt.12-08-2025 2/2 in this case. He is in custody since 12-11-2024.

5. The complicity of the petitioner was found during investigation. He has four criminal antecedents of similar nature.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, presently I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly, the same is rejected.

7. However, if so advised, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining in custody for a period of one year in the court below itself.
