The petitioner is in custody in connection with Piar P.S. Case No. 142 of 2013, S.Tr.No. 750/17 for the offence under Section 27 of Arms Act and Section 3 and 4 of Explosive Substance Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner in the instant case is that he was involved in throwing bomb which caused injury to the brother of the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2018. Considering the period of custody, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
