Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Charge has been framed. The petitioner is in custody since 19.12.2016. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs.
