The present writ petition has been filed for removal of the encroachment made over the public road in question. This Court is of the opinion that for removal of encroachment from the public road, the petitioner is required to

Hence, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Kochas, District Rohtas under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, whereupon the Circle Officer, Kochas shall take appropriate action in accordance with the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
