2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366, 379 of the IPC in connection with Areraj P.S. Case No.49 of 2024.

3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner as the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has supported the case of the prosecution, as would manifest from the order impugned.
