2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ranitalab P.S. Case No. 190 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased who is said to have killed the deceased within two years of marriage. The cremation was also done without information to the prosecution.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner based on the records of the case submits that the petitioner is suffering from Tuberculosis and he is undergoing treatment at IGIMS, Patna.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the case of the petitioner on medical grounds, he is granted provisional bail for three months.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on provisional bail for a period of three months on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, Patna/concerned Court below in connection with Ranitalab P.S. Case No. 190 of 2024.

8. Re-list this case after three months.

9. The petitioner will file a supplementary affidavit bringing on record the medical documents in support of his ailment, thereafter, this Court will consider whether to extend the provisional bail granted to the petitioner or not. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U
