ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that despite best of efforts, the amount of 30% of the alleged defalcation amount could not be arranged by him and, therefore, he has not been able to deposit the same. He further prays for extension of time so that he may be able to deposit the same in compliance of the earlier order passed by this Court.

Considering the reasons stated in the modification application, let the petitioner deposit the amount so agreed upon by him in the earlier order within a period of three months from today. In case, the same is not made, the earlier order extending him anticipatory bail shall automatically stand withdrawn. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
