JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-08-2016 At the very outset, Sri Kamlendra Prasad Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly accepts that in this case charge has already been framed, whereas the present petition was filed against the order of rejection of discharge petition filed on behalf of the petitioner.

Keeping in view the fact that in this case charge has already been framed, meaning thereby that the trial commenced, there is no reason to interfere with the impugned order. The petitioner may take all the grounds, which have been taken in the present petition, at the defence stage before the court below. The petition stands disposed of.
