This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
From the house of the petitioner two liters of country made liquor was alleged recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 24.11.2016 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 314 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, or successor Court.
