2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 04 of 2021 dated 17.01.2021 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 494, 498A, 506/34 the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that the informant was married with Shiv Prakash Singh @ Dablu Singh on 28.05.2013. From the said wedlock, two daughters were born. It is alleged that after the birth of two daughters, her husband started torturing her physically and mentally and also demanded a four vehicle as additional dowry. It is further alleged that on 07.06.2018, her husband has performed second marriage with the petitioner, who works in C.R.P.F. It is alleged that the petitioner

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and she has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further alleged that she has no concern with the husband of the informant. The petitioner is the wife of Late Chandrika Thakur and two daughters have born from the wedlock. After the death of Chandrika Thakur, the petitioner was appointed in service on compassionate ground. She has been in service for the last several years. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the informant and her husband Shiv Prakash Singh @ Dablu Singh have settled their dispute and filed a compromise petition before the concerned court. Lastly, it has been submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedents.
5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 04 of 2021, she will be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Bhojpur, subject
